Customers are entitled to returns or cancellation of their order if their products are damaged or in critical condition. Below are the cases for acceptable returns:
- The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
- The product is defective.
- The product was damaged in shipping.
- The product has been tampered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the returned item.
If your return is approved, a refund will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
